At its heart, farm-to-table means that the food on the table came directly from a specific farm, without going through a store, market, or distributor along the way. We use over 25 local farmers and small businesses to source our products. We have committed to keeping everything sourced from the Midwest and as close to the Illinois Valley as possible.
